What it does

A mobile-first web portal for tenants of HAMZiL Property. Rather than relying on WhatsApp messages and manual updates, tenants will have a dedicated portal to manage their tenancy digitally.

Currently in early development. The first feature set is being decided — the principle is to give tenants the information they most need, in the simplest possible way, without requiring a native app installation.

Planned Features

Unit Information

Tenants can view their unit details — property code, address, tenancy dates, and landlord contact.

Rent Payment History

Full history of rent payments. Clear, organised, always accessible.

Maintenance Request Submission

Submit maintenance requests directly from the portal — with photo upload support.

Notices & Announcements

Receive notices and announcements from HAMZiL Property without needing WhatsApp broadcasts.

Build approach

Mobile-first. One feature at a time. The app lives at app.hamzil.com and is built on MobileKit Bootstrap as the frontend UI base — paired with a Laravel backend. Private GitHub repo in active development.
