What it does
A full-featured internal property management platform built from scratch on Laravel for HAMZiL Holdings Sdn Bhd. Manages 150+ rental properties across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Johor.
Every module was built to solve a real, operational problem the team was experiencing. Nothing was built speculatively. The platform is used every day by the HAMZiL team.

Role-based overview — occupancy, urgent alerts, rent health, metric cards, filter/search.
Staff Dashboard
HAMZiL team view — daily tasks, alerts, and property status.
Properties
CRUD with photo gallery, tenancy history, maintenance log, net income after costs.
Tenants Module
Tenant profiles, agreements, and full history.
Rent Collection
Monthly tracker, auto-generation, quick-pay buttons, receipt upload, live JS updates, SweetAlert2 modals.
Utility Bills
Utilities bills tracked across 6 utility types. Yearly grid view.
Maintenance Log
Per-property and global log with photo documentation.
Task Log & Board
HAMZiL daily log + Kanban board (To-Do / In Progress / Done / KIV).
Reconciliation
Bank CSV upload + auto-match against rent records.
Notifications
Bell icon, severity levels, mark as read.
User Management
CRUD with role-based access (CEO / Staff / Viewer).
Yearly Analytics
Payment heatmap and annual reporting.
Announcements
Internal announcements for the team.
Calendar
Google Calendar embed for team scheduling.
